ACFIC Expert Group Visits Weihua for “One Enterprise, One Policy” Pilot Study

On April 18, a research delegation from the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce (ACFIC) visited Xinxiang City to carry out a pilot “One Enterprise, One Policy” research service. As one of the pilot enterprises, Weihea Group held a symposium with Wang Shouwen, Member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Chairman of ACFIC, and Group Chairman Han Hong’an.

On the morning of April 19, a team of experts from ACFIC visited Weihea Group to conduct a pilot study on the establishment and improvement of a modern enterprise system with Chinese characteristics under the “One Enterprise, One Policy” initiative for key private enterprises. The delegation was accompanied by Li Li, Member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Chairman of the Henan Federation of Industry and Commerce; Sun Tongjun, Director of the Economic Liaison Department of the Henan Federation of Industry and Commerce; and Xiong Wenjian, Vice Chairman of the Xinxiang Federation of Industry and Commerce. Wang Haiyan, President of Weihea Group, received the delegation and attended the symposium.

Through visits to the exhibition hall, symposium exchanges, and one-on-one interviews, the expert team gained a comprehensive understanding of Weihea’s development in Party building leadership, ownership structure, technological innovation, social responsibility, and corporate culture. They provided targeted advice and recommendations to support the company’s high-quality development.

At the symposium, members of the expert group shared their impressions and insights from previous visits to other enterprises. They noted that the “Guidelines for Improving the Modern Enterprise System with Chinese Characteristics for ACFIC Executive Member Enterprises (Trial)” provides a valuable model and implementation benchmark for corporate governance improvement. They expressed hope that this in-depth research would provide targeted professional guidance for Weihea’s future governance upgrades.

Wang Haiyan stated that the “One Enterprise, One Policy” initiative, through in-depth research and tailored solutions, helps Weihea identify problems and develop targeted strategies, enabling the integration of a modern enterprise system with Chinese characteristics into corporate governance effectiveness. This not only enhances the company’s risk resistance and competitiveness but also explores replicable and scalable experiences for the healthy development of the private economy.

As an executive member enterprise of ACFIC, Weihea will take this pilot initiative as an opportunity to actively cooperate with research and service work, fully implement the requirements of the “Guidelines for Improving the Modern Enterprise System with Chinese Characteristics for ACFIC Executive Member Enterprises (Trial),” and continuously strengthen institutional innovation, governance optimization, and compliance management, striving to build a “Weihea model” of a modern enterprise system with Chinese characteristics.
