To strengthen Party-building leadership, draw inspiration from struggle, and unite development efforts, on February 26, Weihua Group Party Committee carefully organized the “Weihua Party School New Year First Lecture” training session. The training was conducted both online and offline simultaneously, with over a thousand participants from Weihua Group and its subsidiaries actively taking part, jointly embarking on a new journey of struggle in the new year.

On behalf of the Party Committee, Yu Hong extended a warm welcome and sincere gratitude to guest speaker Mr. Cai Chaodong. She stated that the “New Year First Lecture” is not only the first major meeting after the Spring Festival, but also a thematic education session aimed at boosting morale, inspiring sentiment, unifying thinking, and clarifying goals.

She emphasized that all Weihua employees should remain grateful, draw strength from the noble beliefs of revolutionary predecessors, and follow the five-year development plan outlined by Chairman Han Hong’an. They should strengthen conviction, ignite fighting spirit, innovate actively in their respective roles, and contribute to the “third entrepreneurship” and the “15th Five-Year Plan” new journey, injecting continuous momentum into high-quality development.

The training featured renowned national speaker and model military demobilized cadre Mr. Cai Chaodong, who delivered a keynote lecture titled “Faith and Responsibility.” Drawing from his personal experience, he vividly recounted touching stories of revolutionary predecessors who upheld their beliefs and demonstrated responsibility during extraordinary times.

Through powerful narratives and compelling language, he deeply interpreted the contemporary meaning of ideals, beliefs, and responsibility, further strengthening participants’ understanding of revolutionary spirit and mission awareness. His lecture was both insightful and moving, leaving a profound impression and helping employees better understand the essence of “faith gives direction to life.”

After the training, employees responded enthusiastically. Many expressed that through learning the theme “Faith and Responsibility,” they have further strengthened their determination to inherit revolutionary traditions and uphold firm ideals and convictions. In future work, they will devote themselves to their posts with greater passion and contribute solid力量 to Weihua’s high-quality development and social progress.
