The main features of a cross-track overhead crane is that the electric hoists can run to different cranes and bays freely by going across the crane track on supporting beam. The 2 or more overhead cranes all made with outstretched hoist track beam under the girder. Thus the overhead cranes are able to keep at the same level without gap to provide a straight horizontal line for hoist traveling smoothly between different overhead cranes of different bays.
