According to GB3836.1-2000 and GB3836.2-2000 standards, the motor and all electrical components of this explosion-proof electric hoist are designed with certified explosion-proof protection. When the explosion-proof grade is ExdII CT4, the travelling mechanism is specially treated for spark-proof performance to ensure safe operation in hazardous environments.

Product Description

This explosion-proof electric hoist is designed with explosion-proof ratings of ExdII BT4 and ExdII CT4, ensuring safe and reliable operation in hazardous industrial environments such as chemical plants, oil fields, and gas facilities.

It can be used on fixed suspension rail systems in workshops and is also compatible with various explosion-proof crane systems, including LXB explosion-proof suspension single girder cranes, LB explosion-proof single beam cranes, and explosion-proof double girder hoist cranes.

In addition, Weihua provides the NR series explosion-proof electric hoist, which is a newly designed upgraded model with improved performance and safety.
