Introduction

The wall-mounted jib crane is composed of a bracket, jib arm and electric hoist. The jib cantilever is fixed on the wall, concrete column or steel supporting structure, and it can be rotated according to user needs. The rotation/slewing can be manual and electric driven. The electric hoist (wire rope hoist or chain hoist) is installed on the jib crane track for lifting task.

Working Environment

• Power source is 3-phase alternating current, rated frequency is 50Hz, and rated voltage is 380V.

• The altitude height of site is ought to be less than 2,000m.

• Forbidden used in flammable, explosive and corrosive gas environment.

• Forbidden to lift fuse and blend deleterious stuff and flammable explosive stuff.

Working Operation

• Hoist for traveling under jib arm and lifting materials on floor.

• The jib arm can be driven by the reducer on the slewing device.

• The electrical control box is installed on the hoist.

• This jib crane is controlled by the button pendant. There are eight buttons on the pendant, which control the fast rise, fast fall, slow rise, slow fall, left and right rotation and the horizontal movement of the hoist trolley.

Note

• Do not press the fast and slow button, positive and negative rotation button of the same motor at the same time during operation.

• When working, it is forbidden for personal to stand under the jib arm.

• It is forbidden to lift overload heavy objects.
