Installation Steps

• The fixing rod and the two side brackets are fixed by nuts.

• The cross arm and the guide wheel are connected by bolts and nuts.

• The counterweight and the cross arm are integral, and the material of the counterweight and the cross arm is cast iron.

• The gear meshes between the gear and the groove of the gear track.

Features

• By adding a counterweight, the design keeps the center of gravity of the side-mounted trolley body near the main beam girder, and solves the problem that the center of gravity of the side-mounted trolley body is biased to the right of the cross arm side ends, thereby solving the problems of wear between equipment.

• A roller is added at the bottom of the main beam assembly. This design increases the stability of the side-mounted trolley body structure, and solves the problem of unstable fixing of the side-mounted trolley body and easy deviation from the track.

• Due to the adopting of side rollers, this design reduces the friction between the side-mounted trolley body and the main beam assembly, and solves the drawbacks of wear between the side-mounted trolley body and the side of the main beam. This crane is easy to operate wtih good stability, high reliability, and reduced labor intensity.
