Product Overview

This overhead crane is a specially customized lifting equipment for the manufacturing of Polypropylene reactor. The total weight of the reactor reaches 1,500 Tons and it consists of 12 tubes and 6 benders. These cranes are employed to lift these segments, and also work together synchronously to handle the full set reactor.

Mechanism Features

  • Lightweight structure design with the features of light weight, low wheel pressure, low crane height, low energy consumption, smooth operation without impact, and low noise.

  • The electronic weighing device is adopted for all cranes, and the weighing accuracy is less than 3‰, which solves the problem that the crane electronic scale sensor is difficult to install and the accuracy is difficult to control.

  • The hoisting mechanism of the winch trolley adopts a statically determinate force structure, and the hoisting and running drive adopts a reducer, a motor, and a brake to be fixed integrally with three-point positioning.

  • Each lubrication system of the whole crane adopts electric centralized lubrication, and electric lubrication is carried out on a regular basis, which saves labor costs and avoids oil pollution.

Electrical Features

  • With the anti-sway technology independently developed by Weihua, it realizes multi-crane joint lifting, precise control and stable operation.

  • Wireless communication technology to realize multi-crane linkage working to meet the lifting scheme of different workpieces.

  • Absolute encoder for positioning, laser ranging for linkage synchronization, and achieve precise control through program algorithms.

  • The crane integrated management system is used to realize the functions of fault information alarm, historical record query, operation status analysis and so on.
